My personal favorite neighborhood in Atlanta.

The Old Fourth Ward attracts young professionals, artists, and startups. The historic community is going through a transformation, as abandoned warehouses are being revitalized as condo living and office space for new businesses. A good place for singles new to the city to start out.


Many who are migrating to Atlanta for work want to be in the heart of the city. Midtown is the place to be. With median home prices at $322,058, an urban style first home is possible. As the cultural epicenter Midtown offers easy access to public transportation, some of the city’s finest restaurants and gorgeous city parks. Find historic Victorian homes alongside new condo developments for residents.

North Druid Hills

This growing suburb is attracting young professional with families. While the community is home to mainly rentals, the area still offers a good foundation for beginning families. Good public schools and lots of cafes and restaurants and parks make this modest suburban appealing to new arrivals.


This suburb is growing in appeal with those who love sophistication that is affordable. Only minutes from downtown Atlanta, this suburb has everything to offer from fine dining to boutique shopping with contemporary rentals and new homes at a fair market price.

Candler Park

Looking for green spaces in Atlanta without going far from the city? Candler Park is a hip and affordable suburb with cool bungalows and Victorian houses among an array of parks. The residents of Candler Park are especially fond of the annual events like the Candler Park Music & Food Festival that keeps the district lively.

Lake Claire
