With absolutely breathtaking views, Surrey Quays is a dream for anyone who likes the water. Running along the Thames, kayaking, or strolling the docks – it's all just outside your front door. For active people there is an unlimited amount of things to do. However, there's not much happening around here, otherwise. But whether you think it's boring or enjoy the peace and quiet really depends on what you're looking for.

Most of the homes here were remodelled in the the late 80s, so there are some improvements to be made but you will find high end properties. Housing is a mix of terraces, detached homes, apartment complexes, and houseboats. 

If you are a foodie, you’ll find some terrific restaurants and pubs around Surrey Quays. The Yellow House has solid pizza and Mediterranean cuisine. Cafe East has terrific Vietnamese. And the Ship & Whale is a local pub with comfy leather sofas and good foot.
