If you can't quite afford Beverly Hills, but want to be (almost) Beverly Hills-adjacent, then Beverlywood is the place for you. Initially this neighborhood was a part of its famous neighbor's boundaries but split off as a planned community in 1940. This is a quiet, affluent community with a strong homeowners association that has successfully fought off major development. Paying those homeowners dues, however, will get you access to some of Beverlywood's private parks.
This is a predominantly residential area, with limited restaurants and businesses. What it does have tends to be along the main drag, South Robertson Boulevard. With that said, it's a short drive to neighboring communities with a lot more excitement.
Beverlywood is bordered on the north by Pico-Robertson, on the east by Mid-City, on the south by Palms, and on the west by Cheviot Hills.

Century City: 1.6 miles / 5-10 minutes by car / 20-25 minutes by transit / 10-15 minutes by bike
