Toluca Lake has a low violent crime rate and a high property crime rate for Los Angeles.
Toluca Lake is a small, peaceful neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley with a tightknit community feel. Its mansions provide shelter to families, retirees, and celebrities given its proximity to movie and television studios. Many of these upscale homes have incredible views of the Santa Monica Mountains.
When you want to relax you can hang out at the local lake where you can rent a miniboat or watch the swans. Or if you've got unlimited funds like many of its residents you can buy yourself a membership at the pricey Lakeside Golf Club.
Toluca Lake is bordered on the north by North Hollywood, on the east by Burbank, on the south by Universal City, and on the west by Studio City.
Commute:
Burbank: 3.6 miles / 10-20 minutes by car / 35-45 minutes by transit
