Marble Hill is unique among neighborhoods in the Manhattan Borough in that it's the only neighborhood that isn't actually located on Manhattan island. Because of its geography it's often considered part of the Bronx Borough.

This is a residential area of standalone single-family houses and some smaller apartment buildings. There are limited dining and shopping options.

Marble Hill is bordered on the north by Kingsbridge, on the east by Bedford Park, on the south by the Harlem River, and on the west by Spuyten Duyvil.
