Vinegar Hill is a tiny neighborhood in Brooklyn. It's been enjoying the spillover from its ultra-hip neighbor, DUMBO, and this sleepy area has seen renewed interest from residents and developers. It still maintains a tight-knit community feel, however, and the nights are still quiet. Despite technically bordering the East River all the waterfront property is taken up by a power station.
Vinegar Hill has a collection of restaurants, coffee shops, a bookstore, and a few retailers.
