Broadmoor is an exclusive gated community a few miles northeast of downtown Seattle. As you'd expect, mansions are the norm on its quiet green streets. If you like golf then you'll enjoy the proximity to the ritzy Broadmoor Golf Club. And if you enjoy running you've got miles of trails next door in Washington Park, which also has a botanic garden. You won't find much nightlife here but you can find boutiques and restaurants in the adjacent Madison Park neighborhood.
