High Point, located in West Seattle, is in many ways a brand new neighborhood despite being around for decades. Beginning in the early 2000s all existing housing and roads were leveled and the city built up new homes, new community facilities, and new roads. Because it's all recent development it's been built to the highest standards of sustainability and has received many awards for being green.
High Point is bordered on the north by North Delridge, on the east by Riverview, on the south by South Delridge and Roxhill, and on the west by Fairmount Park and Gatewood.

Bellevue: 14.5 miles / 30-55 minutes by car / 90 minutes by transit
Redmond: 20 miles / 35-65 minutes by car / 70-85 minutes by transit
