WHAT’S LIVING IN Madison Park LIKE?

Madison Park is an affluent, picturesque neighborhood that sits on Lake Washington. Beautiful homes, ranging from bungalows to mansions, sit on well-maintained lots on tree-lined streets. You'll also find a number of apartment complexes (some with pools, just in case you're not into lake swimming).

If you stroll the main thoroughfare, East Madison Street, towards the lake you'll find a collection of cute cafes, restaurants, and trendy boutiques.

Its eponymous park is a great place to enjoy a sunny day and is home to a popular beach.

For families with young children, it boasts an excellent elementary school.

Madison Park is bordered on the north and east by Lake Washington, on the south by Denny-Blaine, and on the west by Broadmoor.
