Madrona is a quiet neighborhood on the shore of Lake Washington, with homes ranging from modest bungalows to mansions – many of which have incredible views of the lake or Mount Rainier in the distance.
The neighborhood's 34th Street is its business hub and offers a number of restaurants and shops.
This is a popular neighborhood for families and there are lots of family activities throughout the year. Madrona Beach Park is a beautiful place to have a picnic, go for a run, or swim in the lake.
Madrona is bordered on the north by Madison Valley and Denny-Blaine, on the east by Lake Washington, on the south by Leschi, and on the west by Central District.
