  WHAT’S LIVING IN Seaview LIKE?

This neighborhood is aptly named due to its long western border with Puget Sound, giving many of its residents amazing views of the Sound and mountains beyond.

This is a quiet, primarily residential area of single-family homes and condos, with beachfront properties commanding higher prices than housing stock further inland. There are some restaurant and nightlife options on its eastern borders.

Seaview is bordered on the north by Alki and Genesee, on the east by Fairmount Park, on the south by Gatewood, and on the west by Puget Sound.
