Cremorne Point has a low violent crime rate and a low property crime rate for Sydney.
Cremorne Point is an exclusive residential suburb in Sydney's Lower North Shore region that juts out into the waters of Sydney Harbour. Housing here is a mix of single-family homes (some quite large and beautiful), midrise apartment buildings, and a few highrises.
There is a walking path along the water the runs the entire length of the neigbhorhood's boundaries and ends with a park at the southern tip, which is a favorite place to watch the city's spectacular New Year's Eve fireworks. It's also got a highly rated seawater pool with views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.
Cremorne Point is bordered on the north by Cremorne and on the east, south, and west by Sydney Harbour.
