Queens Park has a low violent crime rate and a low property crime rate for Sydney.
Queens Park is a residential neighborhood in Sydney's eastern suburbs that surrounds a park of the same name. Housing consists of Victorian- and Federation-style single-family homes. This is an almost exclusively residential area: there is no shopping and there are only two places to eat – Queens Park Pizza and Queens Park Shed, located across the street from each other.
You'll be within a few minutes walking distance to the dining and shopping mecca of Bondi Junction and restaurants in Waverley and about a 10-15 minute walk to the businesses of Woollahra.
Queens Park is bordered on the north by Bondi Junction, on the east by Waverley, on the south by Randwick, and on the west by Centennial Park.
