Zetland has a low violent crime rate and a low property crime rate for Sydney.
Zetland is a suburb south of Sydney's CBD. It's been a mostly industrial area for the past several decades, but in recent years has been the site of new high density development and now has lots of apartment and condo complexes. There are some terraced houses in the neighborhood as well. Zetland has a decent number of dining and shopping options, but overall this is still a quiet place to live.
Zetland is bordered on the north by Waterloo, on the east by Kensington, on the south by Rosebery, and on the west by Beaconsfield and Alexandria.
