Nestled between West Footscray and Yarraville in Melbourne's inner west is Kingsville, one of the region's most well-established and affluent suburbs. It's mostly home to professionals who work in the CBD and their families.

On the weekends, residents spend their time on the nearby athletic fields or relax in local parks. The suburb doesn’t offer much in terms of entertainment, but the delicious restaurants and shopping of Yarraville and Seddon are just a short distance away, as are popular shopping centers and supermarkets. A short walk down the road are two train stations to transport residents to all the shopping and dining options of the Melbourne CBD.

The majority of Kingsville residents live in pricey heritage homes on decent sized blocks, close to some of Victoria's best schools. Renters can have their pick of homes and apartments if they are willing to pay above average rates. Overall, Kingsville is a wonderful community that promises a high class living experience.

Kingsville is bordered on the north by Footscray, on the east by Seddon, on the south by Yarraville, and on the west by West Footscray.
