Dover Heights has a low violent crime rate and a low property crime rate for Sydney.
Located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Dover Heights is an affluent neighborhood that hugs the top of the cliffs overlooking the Tasman Sea. While it's among the most expensive parts of Sydney, it's more affordable than its neighbor Vaucluse. Still, the traditional and architect-designed alike single-family homes with views of the ocean and harbour aren't cheap.
This is an entirely residential neighborhood, so you'll need to walk, drive, or jump on a bus to nearby Bondi or Rose Bay for dining and shopping options.
Dover Heights is bordered on the north by Vaucluse, on the east by the Tasman Sea, on the south by North Bondi, and on the west by Rose Bay.
