Leschi has an average violent crime rate and a below average property crime rate for Seattle.
Leschi is a mellow neighborhood on coveted real estate overlooking Lake Washington. Despite its prime location, it's got a refreshingly charming, small-town vibe and you won't find any ostentatious homes here.
It has a vibrant business area along the water with restaurants, shops, and small offices. Houses here are pricey but finding affordable homes and apartment rentals is possible.
The neighborhood's Frink Park has athletic fields, hiking trails, and plenty of green space to just relax. And if you're into boats you can take advantage of Leschi's marina.
Leschi is bordered on the north by Madrona, on the east by Lake Washington, on the south by Mount Baker, and on the west by Atlantic and Central District.
