Point Piper has a low violent crime rate and a low property crime rate for Sydney.
Point Piper is a small suburb in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Like many of its neighbors, its real estate is among the most expensive in Australia. Mansions line its exclusive streets, many of which have incredible views of the harbour and Sydney CBD (in fact, some residents have illegally poisoned trees to make their views a little bit better).
This is an exclusively residential neighborhood, so for dining and shopping you'll need to head to neighboring Rose Bay or Double Bay. It does have more of one thing than any other part of Sydney: Yacht Clubs. When you're a gazillionaire you don't want your boat to be far away. Both the Royal Prince Edward Yacht Club and the Royal Motor Yacht Club of NSW are located here.
Point Piper is bordered on the west, north, and east by Sydney Harbour and on the south by Bellevue Hill.
