WHAT’S LIVING IN Grove Park LIKE?

Grove Park was made for nature lovers who want an easy commute into the City for work: the area is surrounded by woodlands, parks, and meadows that create a beautiful setting. This outdoor space allows the residents of Grove Park to have very happy, healthy lives.

But don’t worry, the neighborhood boasts other amenities as well: huge houses, social clubs, children's groups, and decent schools.

Most people in Grove Park own their homes but there are plenty of rentals here. In general, housing is affordable by London standards. Note that the area around the train station is a bit rough.

Grove Park is bordered on the north by Lee, on the east by Mottingham, on the south by Bromley, and on the west by Catford.
