Broadview is a neighborhood in the northwest corner of the northwest region of Seattle. This neighborhood is primarily residential, with more affordable condos, apartments, and modest homes inland and pricier real estate closer to the water. Because there's not much happening here, the population tends to be more established families.
Carkeek Park is a local favorite that has plenty of walking trails and is typically devoid of the tourists that flock to many of Seattle's other waterfront parks.
Broadview is bordered on the north by Shoreline, on the east by Bitter Lake, on the south by Greenwood and Blue Ridge, and on the west by Puget Sound.
