Wollstonecraft is a prestigious residential suburb in Sydney's Lower North Shore region, located within easy striking distance of the commercial hubs of the CBD, North Sydney, Crows Nest, St Leonards, and Chatswood. Despite being surrounded by all this action it is a quiet, leafy community that's popular with families and professionals. Residents here rave about the great parks and bush walks and amenities for kids.

Property sizes are large and you'll find a mix of Federation-style and modern houses.  There are some lowrise and midrise apartment buildings throughout the community as well. Many homes have water or city skyline views.

There are a number of good dining options near the main road, Pacific Highway. You won't find any shopping within its borders, but you'll find plenty of choices in the adjacent areas.

Wollstonecraft boasts an abundance of parklands. The largest, Berry Island Reserve (which isn't actually an island), has views of the Sydney Harbour on three sides, plenty of grass for sunbathing or a picnic, a boat jetty, and a playground.

Wollstonecraft is bordered on the north by St Leonards and Crows Nest, on the east by North Sydney and Waverton, on the south by Balls Head Bay, and on the west by Greenwich.
