Cubitt Town has a below average violent crime rate and a below average property crime rate for London.
Located on the Isle of Dogs in East London, Cubitt Town is a quiet neighborhood home to working- and middle-class families and full of low-rise and mid-rise apartment blocks. For the most part, the area is safe though there are some parts that experience crime. The appeal of Cubitt Town is its relative affordability for housing. And there alway seems to be enough parking available if having a car is important to you. If you don’t have a car, the area is well connected to the rest of the city through public transportation. Other than that, there's nothing to do here so you'll need to head to the adjacent Canary Wharf neighborhood for dining and entertainment.
Cubitt Town is bordered on the north by Blackwall, on the east by Thames, and on the south and west by Millwall.
