Named after the 26th President of the United States, Theodore Roosevelt, this is a primarily residential neighborhood in the northeast part of Seattle.
Some of its homes date to the early 1900s and new residential construction consists mostly of apartments and condos.
Roosevelt does have a small commercial center with grocery stores, a diverse mix of restaurants, coffee houses, bars, and yoga studios.
